As Director of Program Administration, Jeanette Workman is responsible for the oversight of 14 Joint Powers Authorities (JPA) and Self-Insurance Group (SIG) clients; budget preparation and attainment of revenue goals; and management of department personnel. She also assists in developing the department’s strategic plan and communicating that operational and strategic vision to staff. Additionally, Jeanette serves as Administrator of the Central San Joaquin Valley Risk Management Authority, a joint powers authority consisting of 54 cities in the San Joaquin Valley, and as Assistant Administrator for the California Private Schools Self-Insurance Group.

Jeanette is a member of the California Institute of Public Risk Analysis (CIPRA), the Public Agency Risk Management Association (PARMA), and the Public Risk & Insurance Management Association (PRIMA). She holds an Associate in Risk Management from the Insurance Institute of America and a degree from Heald Business College.
